Introduction
VQ at the Wood. Made some mistakes, could modify some stuff, great experience! I thought it was “Abe Pagodas” for about 6 months.
Warm-O-Rama
With the wind of the Wood and the cold air the warm-o-rama consisted of chopping our feet while I went over my introduction, the 5 core principals, mission statement and our credo.
We went into motivators, Willie Mays Hayes, SSH, Abe Vigodas, and more SSH to keep warm.
The Thang
Partner Dora workout consisting of Squats, Merkins, Curls, Big Boys, Lunges, OHP, and Leg Lifts. When you weren’t doing the exercise you were still getting exercise by running the length of the parking lot, completing 3 burpees, and running back. I think I set the numbers a little too high to get through all of the exercises and that’s something I will take note of in the future.
Mary consisted of some stretching and a ring of fire, 3 times around.
Circle of Trust
My CoT was simply thanking F3 and the PAX that have helped me and motivated me and came out today. I can’t be my best self alone and this organization and group of MEN has helped me tremendously more than I could have ever hoped for. We’re better as a team than an individual.
Naked Man Moleskin
I am so grateful and honored to have completed my VQ. It went well and I learned a lot from it, more than I thought I would have. I can’t wait to do one again and I will for sure.
