Introduction
BABYMOMMA led 14 PAX on multiple station circuit workout. By multiple I mean 4,000 stations….. we had ab wheels, ropes, large ass grappling hooks, star gazers, coupons, barbells, dumbbells, tires , etc. The circuit was 1 min of work then move on to the next.

I talked about when I started at my gym circuit day was impossible for me to finish. If we choose to be intentional and commit to getting ourselves right the hard work gets easier. I challenged the MEN to think about they’re WHY on the ride home. WHY do you choose to take part in F3, and what are you giving back???
