Introduction

A nice chilly December morning for a beatdown

Warm-O-Rama

hairy rockettes, tappy taps, one legged arm circles, downward dog

The Thang

Five Stations – four corners of lot and one in the center

Split the group into 4 and they start in each corner of the lot

Do the station and always go back to the center and then rotate clockwise

Station 1- 1/2 of coupons – 20 Overhead Press, 20 Bent Over Rows, 20 toe taps on curb

Station 2- 1/2 of coupons – 20 curls, 20 skull crushers, 20 mountain climbers

Station 3- 10 bobby hurleys, 20 side shuffle and two cross jabs

Station 4- bear crawl and then 10 cross crunch w/ alternating toe touches then lunge walk back

The quote I want to start with “Nothing is impossible. The word itself says “I’m possible.” 

The biggest obstacle to being able to things is our mindset.  Our mindset is influenced by our family, friends, and many other things such as social media.  Our subconscious is formed by all of these outside influences and we have the power to break free from the living other people’s versions of our life.  We have the power to do so much but we must start by changing our subconscious mindset and truly believing that we can do it.  I challenge to you to think of one thing that you have always wanted to do but haven’t.  Why haven’t you?  Are you living someone else’s idea of what you can or can’t do?
