Stop 2 – Wall Sit on bridge with Foundation counting in cadence to 35
Stop 3 – 2:30 min timed – School parking lot – 10 squats with alternating hip swings and 10 Imperial Walkers, rinse and repeat
Stop 4 – 2:30 min timed at ridge side of bridge – 10 seal claps and 10 SSH
Stop 5 – 2:30 min timed rinse and repeat of 10 merkins and 5 vups
