The Thang

Thang 1

Two lines about 20 feet apart.  Start by doing 12 bent over rows and 12 dips then bear crawling to other side then doing 12 leg raises then lunge walkiing back.  Now subtract 1 so 11 of everything then 10 and so forth

 

Thang 2

Do 1 curl, 1 overhead press and 1 skull crusher then run to cone 3/4 across lot and do 1 merkin.  Run back and add 1 to all exercises so 2 then next time 3 and so forth.

 

We got up to 12.

Circle of Trust

The quote that I want to start with today is “Self-confidence is a superpower. Once you start to believe
in yourself, magic starts happening.” People say and do hurtful things at times. It can shake us down
to our core and when we doubt ourselves it affects all areas of our lives. I know. I allowed my self
doubts to control my life for a long time. For me, gaining my self-confidence back started with small
fitness goals which I reset as I hit them. It has become a snowball effect that has spilled in all areas
of my life. If you are struggling with your self-confidence then I challenge you to start with a small
goal that takes you outside of your comfort zone then set another after you crush it. Remember
you are a badass and can accomplish so much.
