First Thang

Dora at the Hill – One partner stayed on the path doing 10 merkins, 20 LBCs and 30 jump rope while the other person farmer carried to top of the hill and did 5 LAF squats and returned.  Then switched and rinse and repeated

Thang 2

Two stations at either end of path by the hill.  One by the parking lot had the coupons.  First round did 20 curls and 20 dips then ran to far end by the road and did 5 WWI situps, 10 leg raises, and 20 LBCs and run back. Round two at the first station was 20 overhead press and 20 bent over rows

Circle of Trust

The quote want to start with today is  “The only mistake we make in life is the lesson not learned.”  I used to get really hung up on my mistakes and almost be afraid to take chances.  I would dwell on my past mistakes to the point of depression.  I have finally begun to truly embrace the fact that everyone makes mistakes and that you can’t beat yourself up over them.  Learn from them.  Don’t let past mistakes limit your future.  I am taking that lesson into my personal life and am learning from my past communication mistakes with my daughter and growing from it and in turn our relationship has gotten stronger.  Remember everyone makes mistakes.  But its up to you if you will learn from them and become the better, stronger person.  I want you to think of a past recent mistake that you made.   My challenge to you today is to think how you can improve and do it differently next time.
