first two cones 25 foot apart and then last two at 50 foot spacing
one partner stays and does the exercise and the other bear crawls to first cone, lunge walk to 2nd and side shuffle to third then side shuffle facing opposite side to 4th c one then run back and switch with your partner. Do one round of each exercise and rinse and repeat if you get to the end.

I want to start with this quote, “When you are kind to others, it not only changes you, it changes the world”. Our society today is so individually focused. So many advertisements are out there giving you the message that you will be happy if you have the latest phone, the better job, the nicer car and so forth. What I have finally realized is that happiness comes from within me and when I help someone that I feel good or happy or whatever you want to call it. It’s easy see all the violence out there in the world and feel overwhelmed and think that I can’t do anything to change that but you can. My challenge to you is to do one random act of kindness each day. You change the life at that moment for the person and maybe it starts a snowball effect.
