The Thang

Ran two miles with four stops.

First was 3:30 min on timer and did 10 Squats with hip abductors to side and 10 cross crunches with alternating toe touches and then second stop was 10 squats with internal hip swings and side shuffle and two cross punches, third stop was 10 diagonal kickbacks with each leg for the 3:30 mins and fourth was 10 air squats and then 10 sumo squats in cadence.

Circle of Trust

Talked about you never know what someone is going through.  They may have a smile on their face but be going through hell.  Everyone has crap in their life but might not be going through something right at that moment.  I challenged the pax to reach out to two people today.  One person that they know is going through stuff right now and one that they just haven’t reached out to because you never know what they might be going through and could use a friend today.
