Thang 1 – Ladders

Base – 10 bent over rows and 10 curls

1st rung – 5 merkins, 5 air squats

2nd – 10 merkins, 10 air squats

3rd – 15 merkins, 15 air squats

4th – 20 merkins, 20 air squats

Base to 1st back to base, base to 2nd to base, base to 3rd to base, base to 4th to base

base to 3rd to base, base to 2nd to base, base to 1st to base

 

Thang 2 – DORA

One partner stays doing exercise until partner returns from running to far end of lot and back.  Each partner does one round and then go to next exercise

Skull crushers, Curls, Gobblet Squats, Orerhead Press, Bent Over Rows, Chest Press

Talked about goals and how goals are agreat and they give us hope but the actual moment you hit your goal is a short period of time and the majority of the time is the time working towards it.   Don’t be so focused on the goal that you miss out and don’t appreciate the journey.
