The Thang
Thang 1 – Tabata – 35 seconds exercise/10 sec rest
3 rounds of curls, 2 rounds of knee repeaters, 3 rounds of curls
3 rounds of skullcrushers, 2 rounds knee repeaters, 3 rounds of skullcrushers
Thang 2 – Rotating Stations – 35 seconds exercise / 10 sec rest
2 rounds at a station and then run to cone 3/4 of lot and rotate clockwise to next station
Stations – Overhead Press, Squats w/ hip abduction, reverse flys, dumbbell swings, bent over rows
Thang 3
Do 6 merkins, 6 leg raises, 3 merkins, 3 leg raises then run to cone 3/4 of lot and back and repeat
Circle of Trust
Talked about how we all go through stuff – everyone does and how we have great support systems in place with our friends and loved ones. Be there for your friends. Talk to them when you need help. If you are struggling then talk. I see a therapist regularly. There is no shame in it. Everyone could benefit from talking to a trained professional.
