One partner stays and does the exercise while the other ran about 75-100 feet away to cone and did 3 merkins and returns. Switch and keep doing the same exercise for the 3 minute timed interval
Go to next exercise on the list for the next 3 minute interval. Then, Rinse and repeat when finished with the exercises. We got through one full cycle and portion of the next

Circle of Trust
I want to start with this quote “Believe you can and you are already halfway there.” We are faced constantly with opportunities for growth. The Chicago Marathon was last weekend. If I asked you to do the Chicago Marathon next year, how many of you would say “No I couldn’t do that.”? The things that we say and tell ourselves have such a huge impact on who we end up being. Our mindset sets the tone for who we are. Any one of you can train and do the Chicago Marathon next year. The “No I couldn’t do that” immediate reaction and response has already defeated you before you start. I challenge you to take a step back and go outside of this comfort zone mindset and pick one thing that you typically would have thought that you could do and say yes to it. Maybe it’s something fitness related like coming to two workouts for the next month with no excuses if you would have said you couldn’t do that typically or talking to a significant other or friend about your feelings if that is a hard thing for you to do.
