4 corners and then one in the center. Three exercises with 20 reps at each station and 3 merkins, 6 leg raises and 6 pickle pushers in center. Split into four gourps and then you went OYO. corner three exercises then run to center and then out to the next clockwise station. after one stop at every corner then subtract 2 so 18 of each exercise then 16
