Circle of Trust
The quote I want to start with is “It’s not happiness that brings us gratitude. It’s gratitude that brings us happiness.” What brings us happiness? There is not one exact thing that if you just do this that you will be happy. I have found that the biggest key for me is to be grateful for what I have in my life. Every morning I have a reminder on my phone that pops up and simply says “gratitude”. I think of one thing in my life that I am grateful for. I challenge you to try this and start your day by thinking of one thing in your life that you are grateful for. It has been life changing. Gratitude turns what you have into abundance.

I had a malfunction with the speaker, my amazon music and tabata timer. Usually they allow the music to play even with the tabata timer beep. Today it would not even though the settings were supposedly correct. Moral of the story is to check your equipment beforehand. I should have check this morning and could have had Broomstick (site Q) set up before the workout started with his timer and phone.
