The Thang

Thang 1

partner up

one stays at bottom doing the exercises cycle through the three until the other returns from farmer carrying both coupons up to top of hill and sets them down and does 10 SSH then carry’s them back down and switches.  Each person does the round before they move to next round

Round 1 – 5 merkins, 5, plank jacks, 10 leg raises

round 2 – 5 air squats, 5 Bobby Hurleys, 10 American hammers

Round 3 – 10 diagonal kickbacks with each leg, 10 Freddy mercuries

Thang 2

two stations on each end of the small path at bottom of hill

Station one by parking lot

curls, OH press, bent over rows, Skullcrushers

5 of the four exercises then run to station 2

Always do 10 squats w alternating hip swings with each leg as one rep and run back

next 10 reps of all at station 1 and go station 2.  Then 15 reps then 20, then 15, then 10 and then 5
