Overhead press then bent over rows

Thang 2 -ladder

25 at base then run to first rung and back then 20 then run to next rung and back then 15 then run to next rung and back thenn10 and run to next rung and back

after you complete all of those switch exercise and start over

exercises: Curls, Squat w/alternating hip swing inward, skull crushers

partner up

one partner farmer carries one direction of the half of lot loop while other runs in opposite direction.  When meet you both do 20 chest presses and switch.  Rinse and repeat
