Rotating Stations – two rounds then run one round.  35 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds rest while rotating to next station

Stations:

Curls, Side Step and Jump, Chest Press, Toe Taps, External Rotations (bricks), SSH, Bent Over Rows, Jump Rope, Thrusters, Cross-Crunch with Alternating Toe Touches, Lat Pulldown & Palm Flip, Dips, Plank Jacks

Circle of Trust

Talked about our mindsets have such a big affect on the various parts of our lives.  Finding the positive and being grateful for the good things in our lives.  I used to fall into the trap of a pity party.  I now have made such a difference by starting the day by reflecting on the things in my life that I am grateful for.  I even have a reminder on my phone pop up first thing in the morning every day still.  When we practice gratitude, it turns what we have into abundance.
