Flags to Pavilion for Station 1
Station 1 to fork in main bike trail Station 2
Station 2 to fork in bike path by road Station 3
Station 3 back to fork in bike path back towards Renwick on way back Station 4
Station 4 back to flags Station 5
Station 1 – 4 minutes timed – sitting on wall single leg lifts – 10 with one leg then 10 with other and repeat for the 4 minutes
Station 2 – 4 minutes timed – 10 squats with hip abduction to each side, 10 Side Step and jump, 10 LBC, repeat for the 4 minutes
Station 3 – 10 Diagonal Kickbacks with one leg then 10 diagonal kickbacks with other leg then 10 plank jacks and repeat for the 4 minutes
Station 4 – 10 squats with alternating hip swings, 10 cross crunch with alternating toe touches, 10 pickle pushers and repeat for the 4 minutes
Station 5 – 10 sumo squats, 10 knee repeaters with one side and 10 knee repeaters with other side and then repeated for 2 minutes

Circle of Trust
Talked about we must get over the stigma about sharing your feelings and that seeing a counselor is not a negative thing. 77% of men are or have dealt with anxiety and depression. I said look around that that means that there are people in this circle that are dealing with things right now. They may have a smile on trying to hide it but are in pain on the inside. I challenged them to ask those around them how they are doing and to open up and be vulnerable with their feelings. I talked about my journey and how these things have helped me.
