Obama’s down, 8 burpees, Obama’s back
Start at cone 1. Do 8 WWIII’s, 16 Goblet Squats, 24 Curls then riffle carry to next cone. Repeat 3 exercises. After we make it around all 3 cones set down coupons and do Obama’s again down, 8 burpees then do a mosey lap around the lot.
Repeat with partners 2 more rounds and circle up for Mary.
One more round of WWIII’s, Goblet Squats, Curls. 30 Dirkins
