For the follow me crew here, what’s the point of this week and what does follow me mean?
You all can lead and you are all leaders but can you follow? Can you take a step back and embrace an idea, plan or change that isn’t your own and simply follow?
Knowing when not to follow is also important in balancing the goals of you, the group and your family. Great leaders are also open to following and listening to others.
Do you as leaders listen always to the Q during the opening, instructions at beatdowns or to those that have new ideas.

Mr Kotter was on point for SQ duties, making sure the route was stuck to and not allowing the 6 to get further than 100 yards from the front. Thank you brother.
4.7 miles in a run club was impressive in 45 minutes with a warm up for 15 PAX. Really proud of his group and the push along with the ECR logging 8+ total miles in the morning.
