Introduction
My coupon broke at a previous bootcamp so I was limited to a no coupon workout, I wanted to create a fast pace workout that kept you moving and kicked some ass.

The Thang
Run to basketball court- 7s with air squats then bear crawl to cone then burpees then crab walk back.
Run to pavilion- 10 merkins 10 urkins 10 durkins 10 dips.
Run to confession stands with partner- 1 person wall sit 1 person run to end of baseball field and back then switch.
Run to parking lot- 25 mountain climbers run to the other side 25 bobby Hurley’s (later modified to side strattle hops)
Fuck it 7s again- merkins lung walk to cone then burpees then barry sanders back.
