Introduction
It was a warm and foggy morning in the gloom. The workout was planned for the soccer field, but we adjusted to the track.
Warm-O-Rama

- Parking Lot Mosey (High Knees, Shuffle, Butt Kicks)
The Thang
Partner up for a DORA workout. While partner is performing reps alternate the following:
- Crab Walk first light, Bear Crawl second light, Sprint third light, Mosey back
- Rifle carry to second light and back
- Walking Lunges to first light, Bunny Hop second light, Sprint third light, Mosey back
Round 1 – 200 Chest Press
Round 2 – 50 Fox Holes (WW1 to a Merkin = 1)
Round 3 – Run lap with your partner
Round 4 – 100 No Surrenders
Round 5 – 200 Shoulder Press
Round 6 – 150 Imperial Walkers
All together mosey a lap (Recovery Pace)
