Introduction

Flo was ready to turn up the heat in his Sophomore Q.  The weather was perfect to tackle the gloom with strength and conditioning while rocking out to the lovely sounds of 80’s hair bands.

The Thang

Thang 1

Partnered up and each partner lined up on either side of parking lot.  For 12 minutes the PAX did 10 overhead presses / 10 curls on Side A and 10 coupon squats / 10 bent over rows on Side B.  The PAX rifle carried their coupon to each side in-between.

Thang 2

Moseyed over to the hill where the PAX shared the burden.  While 1 partner did suicides up and down the hill, the other partner AMRAP’d 10 merkins, 10 big boys, 10 grady corns, and 10 monkey humpers.  Each PAX did 3 rotations.

Finished with merkins / half lap / merkins

Circle of Trust

Having an annual physical is critical to staying health as early detection saves lives and quality of life.  This was stressed and we called out all PAX to get a doctor if they do not already have one and get their annual physicals.  Extra prayers for the Madura family.
