Circle of Trust
Talked to the PAX about acceleration and learning things outside the comfort zone. Discussed the four quadrants and how I incorporate them into my daily plan. I also talked about learning to do uncomfortable things. For me, I hate running. I’m probably one of the PAX who hates it the most. I decided over a year ago to sign up for Ragnar and several 5K races, so I could embrace this suck and at least get a little better. I also researched some different training regimens that could assist in making me a better runner. I encouraged the PAX to get out of their comfort zone and do things that suck, in order to get better and stronger

It was a great morning. Great interaction with The PAX. Good feedback during AAR and exceptional 2nd F at the DD lounge
