Good Mornings (10)

The Thang

We rolled 2 di and did the exercise that correlated with the 2 di.

List of Exercises:

6. Monkey Humpers (Toby)

7. Nolan Ryans (Den Mother)

11. Smurf Jacks (Yellow Card)

12. Coupon Curls (Pi)

We did each exercise for 80 seconds with a 10 second rest in between.  After 3 exercises we did a 60 run.

This is my 200th post.  I am not happy that it took me 2 years to get here, but I am still proud that I got here.  This would not have happened if it weren’t for all of the men of F3.  When I fell off in the summer, there wasn’t a 2 week span where PAX weren’t reaching out to see how I was doing, or if I planned on coming back out.  You men ARE F3.  You are the reason this gift we have is so special.  I appreciate every one of you! All of the men I have posted with.  All of the men I have shared 2nd-F events with.  All of the men who go out of their way to make sure I am pushing myself.  All of the men who care.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
