Introduction
Excited to continue this quarterly even going with FiA and most importanly to have the chance to Co-Q with my M! She was really nervous as she hasn’t Q’d for FiA yet, so a lot of practice during the week.

The Thang
The Thang
Took Loteria (The Mexican version of Bingo) and turned into a beat down.
The Rules:
Split into 4 teams.
Each team receives one tabla (board) that has 16 random images, the tabla remains at the flags.
There are 14 stations throughout the AO.
At each station there is a cardboard with exercises, each team travels together as a group and performs the exercise before they can turn the cardboard to reveal the card. The objective is to match the cards to the 4 corners of the teams tabla.
If the team reveals the card and it does not match one of their 4 corners, they can proceed to the next station. But if it does match they must return to the flags where their tabla is and they must perform 5 inch worms before placing a token on the image that they matched. Once they complete the 5 inch worms they head back out to search out the remaining corners.
Each member of the team is to lead an exercise, in rotating fashion.

Circle of Trust
First I wanted to thank my lovely wife for CoQ’ing with me, it meant a lot to me. I especially wanted to thank the women of FiA for always being so accomading and supportive for our events. This is the 4th 1st F event that we have done together, along with 2nd F events such as the St. Patrick’s Day/Irish parade, Coffee Rucks, WerkForce get togethers, PAX opening up their homes for pool parties, 3rd F events like Feed My Starving Children and Highway Clean ups or the American Legion Allen Force 5k. Each time we’ve asked, FiA has been more than will to support and participate.
When I was asked to be on SLT, one of my goals was to have a lot more family friendly gatherings, whether it was 1st F, 2nd F or 3rd F events with FiA and 2.0’s. The reason I wanted to do these events is because once I got my M involved she saw all of the good things that we do as an organization, and she supported me 100% with my involvment in F3. I wanted other men of F3 to receive the same type of support from their M’s, whether they joined FiA or not, it’s one thing to describe what we do but another thing once they are involved and meet all of the positive men and women of these organizations.
Once again, I wanted to thank my wife for being so supportive in everything that I’ve done for F3, even if some of it was nonsense (CSAUP events).
Naked Man Moleskin
It was a terrific turnout, I had 4 FiA members help me in modifying the original exercises and introducing FiA terminology and exercises. The 2nd F after the BC was awesome as well, coffee, H2O, homemade breads, churro’s and Mexican concha’s.
