Introduction
Absolutely beautiful evening out at El Coyote for a decent paced Ruck with a few stops for PT!
Warm-O-Rama
Phelps, Good Afternoons, calves, motivators-5
The Thang
A Ruck out down the path to the split just past the woods. 2 stops on that park, the bridge Bear Crawl, then shortly after, Irkins on the slope of grass on the right side after the elevation change. Another stop at the split for air squats, then return trip with stop by bike repair for Lunges, then another stop at next pavilion for dips. All PT was done with Ruck on. With the return to the flags with about 6 minutes left we pulled rucks off and completed some chest and ab work. Chest Press, WW3, WW1, BIG BOYS, American Hammers, then closed out with Pickle Pushers!
Circle of Trust
I spoke of being thankful every time I see an HC for my Q’s. I truly in my heart appreciate seeing an F3 make that choice to trust me to being them a Beatdown worthy of coming to. Also mentioned the importance (calling myself out) on the courtesy of dropping HCs as early as possible so that the Q can plan accordingly for his workout.
Naked Man Moleskin
Prayer to our PAX, the Catholics on their new pipe.. emphasized the great group the Pink Heals are and attending the Mother’s Day Walk/Ruck if possible. During Mary while on our 6 doing pickle pushers, we had an airborne visit from an American Bald Eagle! Right above us! Some great photos and video were taken from a lying down position and our flags in frame! So cool to witness.
