Introduction
This morning is the Countryman Beer Ruck, and I took both Q’s at The Wood. Knowing that the Ruck Club was going to be a little on the easier side, I wanted to allow PAX to push the pace at EBC. They did NOT disappoint.

Circle of Trust
This week, a few different PAX have mentioned that it seems there are a few men who are constantly on the Q-Sheet, and this got me thinking as to how we can gently nudge men to commit to Q’ing in a fun and positive way. It is from this reflection that I decided to try and kick off a Q-Sheet Challenge. This Challenge will be nearly identical to the Ice Bucket Challenge, where I will film a video calling out (2) PAX to get on the Q-Sheet. Once they accept the challenge they are to make a video confirming the date and location of their Q, and call out two others. Hopefully we can have a little fun with this and we can get some new men with new ideas in the circle to lead us.
Naked Man Moleskin
A few week ago, I was the 8TH HC to Milleville EBC beatdown at TW, and he granted be the “Power of The Ocho”, where I was able to interrupt his workout at anytime and make the crew do 8 burpees. This beatdown gave the power of The Ocho back to the PAX and allowed them to choose just how hard this BC was going to be. The crew this morning did NOT disappoint, as everyone called out OCHO multiple times and pushed us all to nearly spilling merlot.
