Station 1 – Roundabout island by the pavilion

Station 2 – 2nd island away in main entrance drive

Station 3 – 3rd island

Station 4 – by the road on the path at the end of the drive

For each round you go this order = Station 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 to 3 to 2 to 1 for next round

1st 5 Rounds

10 reps/10 reps , 15/15, 20/20, 15/15, 10/10 – Curls and Dips at Station 1 and 5 merkins at the other stations

2nd 5 Rounds

10 reps/10 reps , 15/15, 20/20, 15/15, 10/10 – OH Press and Bent Over Rows at Station 1 and 5 Air Squats at the other stations

 

Circle of Trust

Talked about my final months with my Dad and how we would get coffee together and after I started F3 that he told me that this was the happiest that he saw me in years and to never stop doing it.

We have ups and downs.  Be there for each other.  That’s how I got through the rough times and that’s how I help my brothers going through rough times.
