Introduction
Dragon clan hot start at 4:55AM with a dragon clan introduction to dragon Burpee’s, dragon blockies, dragon thrusters. But first we went on a dragon run with flag where each packs got a chance to hold the flag at the front of the pack around to the field. We then proceeded to do egg roll Burpee in the field for several minutes before making our way back to the flags to do dragon Burpee‘s, dragon blockies, and dragon thrusters until 5:10AM. Rest until workout begins at 5:15AM.
All clan members received their big boy dragon coupons and ninja headbands.
Warm-O-Rama
SSH, Abe Vigotas, Michael Phelps, Tappy taps, and arm circles.
The Thang
Ran with coupons over to the hill. We started with the block is hot 90 degrees then switched to shoulder with a mosey as it was taking longer than expected.
At the hill we did 4 rounds of 5 Dragon Blockies then Bernie sanders up and 5 dragon burpees at the top. Mosey back to the lot.
In the parking lot we did 4 rounds of 10 WW3’s bear crawl out, lunge walk back and 10 Mike Tyson’s.
We then went into 2 rounds of 5 dragon thrusters and 10 Mike Tyson’s.
For Mary we circled up tight for 2 rounds of American Hammers while passing a 30# coupon and then 10 shoulder taps, 10 mountain climbers and 10 Peter Parker’s.
lastly we did 20 chest press until the clock struck 6:00AM.
Circle of Trust
- The entire purpose of this dragon clan is to have some fun, build camaraderie. This dragon clan is about being that man that looks in the mirror and is proud of himself.

Naked Man Moleskin
Dragon burpee is a burpee with a Peter Parker at the bottom and a double squat jump at the top.
Dragon Blockie is a regular Blockie with a Peter Parker at the bottom and a double OHP at the top.
Dragon thruster is a reverse lung L, Reverse lunge R, squat and press at the top. Coupon at chest for the reverse lunges.
