Introduction
Well Mother Nature had other plans this morning. Was planning on just dealing with the rain, but the lightening made me call a quick audible.

The Thang
Put a last minute Tabata together. Jellystone said the lightening would pass in 10-12 minutes so the plan was a quick Tabata and then to get in a mile or two. Well that turned into a 45 min Tabata. 30 seconds on and 10 seconds off with 3 rounds of each exercise before moving on.
Exercises were as follows:
OVP, Squats, Step ups, Lunges, curls, skull crushers, chest press, Irkins, hand release merkins, seal claps, high pulls, and calf raises.
Circle of Trust
Talked about being able to adapt on the fly. Today was a perfect example of having a plan, and having to change or modify at the last minute. At work, with your family, or in the gloom being able to adapt and change on the fly is a skill that will allow you to preserve. If you are unable to do so you may be left behind. Being flexible and able to adapt is a life skill and a desirable trait for all aspects of our lives. Those that can will succeed and those that cannot will be left behind.
Naked Man Moleskin
Jellystone lied to me and this lightening storm did not pass in 12 minutes. Everytime Bob Villa said the lightening was stopping the sky was illuminated. Despite the weather we were able to modify the workout, put some work in, and enjoy some mumble chatter. Unlike our friend Dauber who stayed in bed and slept for 9 hours!
