Introduction

We looked to take all that anxiety, fear, depression that we soak up from everyone and wring it out through a constructive workout.

Warm-O-Rama

During a short mosey we covered the core principles, mission and credo.  Followed by calf stretches and arm circles.

The Thang

Thing 1 involved reps of 25 for merkins with shoulder touches, coupon shoulder presses, squats and curls.  Bear crawl to the pavilion for 25 up and overs.  Repeat all again.

Thing 2 involved reps of 25 for skill crushers, calf raises, dips and LBCs followed by a short half lap run.  Repeat all again.

Circle of Trust

We had a moment of silence for all those that struggle with their mental health.  I was unaware until this week that approximately 80% of suicides each year are men.  We need to better in asking for help and seeing signs in each other when struggling.

Naked Man Moleskin

The chatter was great and the effort was phenomenal this morning by all.
