Each exercise was done in 50 reps.  Every 3 exercises was followed by a half lap around the lot.

merkins, curls and shoulder touches

run a half lap

coupon squats, dips, mountain climbers

run a half lap

lunge walking, step ups and side straddle hops

run a half lap and repeat

 

Circle of Trust

My message today was about accountability.  We have to be accountable for the things that we say, and the actions that we take.  We don’t always see that these things we do could be interpreted in a negative way and it’s easy to tell people that they misunderstood.  However, our growth will come from recognizing how to speak to others and owning our actions by trying to understand how people are receiving our words and actions, not as much by our intent.
