Introduction
Instead of parking at Black Rock location we went to the rock run off essington lot. No outlets for coffee. Lame.

The Thang
Indian run and champagne run were modes of transportation for the entire bootcamp minus a few short recovery runs at points that were near major street crossings.
After 1/4 mile we got to a bridge. We did lunges across then merkins. Wait for 6 after the next stretch doing squats. Run all the way to the park where we eventually hit around 2.0 miles. From there split into 2 groups.
group one Indian run around gravel trail 0.6 miles. Group 2 does pull ups til failure then abs work. American hammers, WWI’s and gas pumpers all to 10. then start over until group running returns.
run back to the lake area for more abs work, squats and merkins. Cross the street and at the bridge more lunge walking. Indian run up hill to the blue park and stop at the American flag for some squats.
champagne run back to essington and cross the street to finish right at 6:00 by the flags.
Circle of Trust
Circle of trust topic was “Lock in”. Told a story about how I am focusing on my queen and reaching certain goals in my life and how I need to eliminate distractions. Now is the time to lock in. Deleted social media app to avoid scrolling and told pax this is what locking in looks like. Encouraged the men to eliminate whatever they need to in order to lock in.
