Introduction
I am currently having a lot of distractions at home and was excited to get out and run. I like to run because I feel, more times than not, I gain more focus, purpose, and become less bothered by distractions. What better way to do this than to Run with a Run Club!

Left thigh stretch and hold…Recite Credo… Right Leg and hold. We no longer remained still. Mosey out to track for a jog around it together.
Back to the flags, Circled up for 5 burpees. Dilly Dilly introduced a movement that I thought was pretty cool and it complemented another 4-Count movement so I brought it back. Something called the Mountain Man Pooper. Every Movement was modeled and then completed to a 10 Count.

The Thang
Thang 1
The four of us partnered up. Bunny Hill and I did partner work while Pull-Up and Chum Bucket worked together. There were two tasks. One task was designed to be doing stationary leg movements while the other task was to run to the light poles and back. The stationary partner performed The Mountain Man Poopers, Copper Head Air Squats, Imperial Squat Walkers, and Willy Mays AMRAP’d. The Moving Running partner runs to the first light pole and then back. Upon returning, tasks are switched and they would start the first Exercise. Each time running out you ran to the further light pole. For the fourth run out, the moving partner ran around the school bus parked by Theodore, before coming back. Moseyed out to the track for
Thang 2 – Track Work
Jog Lap
Exercise Lap – 100 yards of Karaoke, 100 yards of Bernie Sanders, Rinse and Repeat for the lap
Tempo Lap (Waterfall starts). Everyone started with Imperial Squat Walkers and Men left for running a lap based on pace. The last one that leaves catches and runs with everyone until the group gets to the first. Pace was picked up a bit for the first and then we ran a

Circle of Trust
Talked a bit about my mother-n-law being sick, how lots of my wife’s family is at my house, stated that I am like so many parents that are at home with their kids and amongst all of this having and needing to find time to get work done.
CoT was just about noticing distractions, being honest with yourself, and trying to find the balance to prioritize before the distractions become Energy vampires that get in the way of acceleration.
