The Thang

I wanted to carry on with the weeks QSource theme of “Disruption”, so my idea was to Q this by having all PAX pick their most hated “disruptive” exercise and lead the group in those. We ran between the school entrance and the parking lot, cycling through each PAX and their exercises.

Circle of Trust

Tapped into discussions from other Q’s this week noting the importance of embracing disruption within ourselves, our families, our work, and in F3. I also provided some context that differentiates between disruption (moving toward advantage and delivered with love) vs. agitation (misplaced or non-advantageous disruption). Bottom line, it’s important that we are cognizant of our actions as leaders and that we look for opportunities to positively disrupt.

Naked Man Moleskin

Ended in prayer.
