Introduction

Today was great.  I had 3 Thangs planned.  We got through 1 of them.  See you again soon for the 2nd and 3rd parts!

Warm-O-Rama

o Arm Circles
o Abe Vigodas
o Tappy Taps
o Imperial Walkers
o Motivators from 7
o Short Lap Mosey

The Thang

In the field, set up 4 cones in a diamond (otherwise known as a sideways square)

Run between home plate and 1st, bear crawl to 2nd and 3rd, run back to home.

o Round 1 = 5 burpees at each cone
o Round 2 = 10 4-count flutter kicks
o Round 3 = 15 merkins
o Round 4 = 20 air squats
o Round 5 = 15 merkins
o Round 6 = 10 4-count flutter kicks
o Round 7 = 5 burpees
o When you finish, PICK UP THE 6!!!

Circle of Trust

o Accountability – building on Flo’s COT from yesterday at The Silo (he described his
fitness journey including 30 lbs of weight loss since last August) – my experience is
different, my weight hasn’t changed. I think the difference is accountability.

o I can hold myself accountable for a lot of things at work, and I’ve gotten good at getting
up to post, but I have zero food accountability, why?

o Because it’s easier for me to commit to DOING SOMETHING (make a commitment to
someone else) than to commit to NOT doing something like eating food you shouldn’t –
how do you hold yourself accountable to NOT do something

Naked Man Moleskin

Thanks to the PAX for the advice during the COT. Key takeaway was that when a goal feels too big to achieve, break it into smaller pieces and start with the first piece!

Great job today by all, great efforts.  Thanks to Morticia for having my 6.
