Introduction
I suck at merkins. The only way to get better is to do more.
Warm-O-Rama
PAX held plank while I went through the DM double C (Disclaimer, Mission, Credo, Core Principles), occasionally I called ‘down’ and for a merkin.
Depends’s back is sore. So we did some good stretching which I have learned from fellow PAX; child pose, cobra, twist, world’s greatest stretch.
The Thang
Merkin Hand Slap Line. (line up like a tunnel of love, but instead of going through the tunnel, the pax at the end of the line moves toward the front, doing two merkin hand slaps with each pax in the line. Its easier to demonstrate than explain here. Ask if needed)
Burpees at each line. (I love the parking lot lines and doing something at each line as we cover the length of the parking lot. Today we did burpees)
Partner up, do 4 merkin hand slaps at each line. (same thing as above, cover the length of the parking lot with merkin hand slaps.)
Circle up for Irkins, Dips, and Chest Press. Cool down intermittently with air squats as needed.
Some stepups in the pavilion (so I could plug in the coffee).
Mary: Cycle between flutter kicks and low plank to work that core.

Naked Man Moleskin
Shout out to Bronco. The guy is litterally a merkin machine. I loved how he partnered up with Alexa, stuck with him, and pushed him to do his best.
Also, to Alexa, who didnt back down from the challenge.
