What’s next? What are you training for? My next Misogi or hard thing is the Maui Marathon and GRE in April. If you are feeling any anxiety of fear about GRE, that is a good thing. That means it will be unknown and possibly difficult. That is OK, because you are surrounded by other men feeling the same way and are ready to start training for it. The SLT for GRE will be putting together a training plan for your fitness, nutrition, mindset, and gear. Don’t wake up in July wondering what the next thing to train for is!!!!
