The Thang
Thang 1:
Group Run out of the “O” lot; curving to the left to get on the track. Ran down past Gas N Wash to the path. Once we reached the path; everyone doubled back to pick up the six and ran back to the path. We then began our series of right turns doubling back for the six at every stop sign and before every right turn.
Took path across Drauden. Took every single right turn we came upon from there (Arbor Gate Dr; Arbor Falls Dr; the connector street; Wesmere Parkway) until returning to the flags.
Total route was ~2.1 miles. PAX got anywhere from 2.1 > 3.1 Miles when doubling back to pick up the six at each opportunity.
Thang 2: -Nascar Speed Track
OYO sprinting on every straightaway with mosey around the (left) curves. As many laps as each PAX could do. Each PAX got between 0.5 and 1.0 add’l miles in before Mary.
