Circle of Trust

1.) Coubertin’s (Olympic founder) Olympic ideals are expressed in the Olympic creed: “The most important thing in the Olympic Games is not to win but to take part, just as the most important thing in life is not the triumph but the struggle. The essential thing is not to have conquered but to have fought well.”

*Keep EH’ing and get guys out.  Even if they will be the 6.  Start the “hard part” and “struggle”.  It isn’t about winning but about improving and then improving our 2nd and 3rd F versions of ourselves.  Just get guys to take part.  For us; when we are tired or unmotivated when the alarm goes off; still get up and struggle.  The struggle is the reward.  We need to show up and fight well.

2.) When watching the Olympics – commit to yourself that whatever country wins that particular event; google it and learn some new interesting facts about that country or key words like “thank you” in that language.  Or eat dinner with a meal from that country’s culture.  Find a country or 2 that you are unfamiliar with and learn more and be open-minded and accepting of others that are different than us.

Naked Man Moleskin

4 of the 5 Olympiad Pax left afterwards to attend Q-Source including 1 that can’t usually attend.  Well done men!

Fun and good workout!  Lots of positive feedback afterwards.

We made 0 basketball and soccer shots combined as a PAX.  So lots of good exercise work.
