Introduction

To honor National Filet Mignon Day and this extremely important national holiday in our country’s rich history; we had a mid-week 4 station beatdown to “Get Cut” and earn a chance to get some protein with our favorite steak later today for those that choose to indulge.

Warm-O-Rama

  • Silent Count SSH during intro.
  • Abe Vigoda’s (IC)
  • Tai Fighters (IC)
  • Michael Phelps (IC)
  • Calf Stretches (10 count each leg)
  • SSH (IC)

The Thang

Station 1 (Sitting Wall):

  • (50) Dips
  • (50) Step-UPs (25/leg)
  • (50) Derkins
  • Rifle Carry back to flags & do 5 Blockees

Station 2 (end of parking lot):

  • (50) Skull Crushers
  • (25) Thrusters
  • (50) Merkins
  • Rifle Carry back to flags and do 5 Blockees

Station 3 (Pavillion):

  • (50) Irkins
  • (50) Lawn Mowers (25/arm)
  • (50) coupon squats
  • Rifle Carry to flags and do 5 blockees

Station 4 – Playground:

  • (25) Coupon Pull-overs
  • (25) WW3’s
  • (35) Salt Shakers with Up Mod
    • hold coupon vertical; “curl” to your shoulder like you are throwing salt over your shoulder; return to center, squat to tap coupon to ground; repeat to the other side.
  • Rifle Carry to flags and do 5 blockees

After completing all 4 stations; run 1 lap around 1 baseball field.  REPEAT with station 1.

The lead PAX finished all 4 rounds and the 1 lap.  Perfect timing.  The last PAX finished back at the blockees after round 4 but didn’t have a chance to run

Circle of Trust

School starts tomorrow for the kids.  I listed a personal goal in my work goals this year to read (2) new Manager books.  Haven’t started any yet.  With the kids going back and learning; I need to attack this and make sure i am working out my mind too; not just my body.

 

Whatever you would like to learn about; I challenge you to get a book on the topic and read 1 this quarter.

Naked Man Moleskin

Duck Hunt passed the acceleration helmet to Cutler today.
