The Thang
Ran 3.1 mile loop and ended at the backside of the track for interval running.
Depending on their goal (crank it up for a final time test; or a little slower “tune-up/taper”; PAX ran the route. Upon finishing at the track; everyone would run/sprint the straight-aways and mosey the curves; doing as many laps as time would allow as other PAX rolled in prior to Mary.
- North on Wesmere Parkway
- Left on Caton Farm
- Left on the Path through the greenway
- Left on Drauden
- Left on Black Rd.
- Right between the schools and ending at the Track.
Most PAX finished with 3.1-4.25 miles. Most also did a 3 Mile EC Run before hand.
Circle of Trust
Ending week 3 of Reindeer Games tomorrow at the Turkey Troy. As we start the back nine of the contest but also the back 9 of life for most of us; think about what you want to learn/do/achieve and the legacy you want to leave as you “Leave Right”. Start planning what that is and how you will achieve that now before it is too late.
