Day 4 of 2024 Reindeer Games.

Coupons at Station 1 by small pavillion by football field.  Split PAX in to 2 teams of 13.  We all did station 1 together and then went opposite directions around the western 0.5 mile loop of the AO to the other 4 stations before re-uniting on the football field for station 5.  Mode of Transit between all stations was each team splitting in half to groups of 5-6 and Indian Running.

Team 1 Station order: 1-2-3-4-5

Team 2 Station order: 1-4-3-2-5

Station 1 (Coupons at “Pavillion”)

  • 50 Coupon Calf Raises (25/leg)
  • 50 Lawn Mowers (25/arm)
  • 50 Curls

Indian Run (2 Groups per team)

Station 2: Basketball Courts

  • 25 Bobby Hurleys
  • 50 Monkey Humpers
  • 2 Suicides on court (touch each line with hand)
  • Hold Plank until all PAX are completed

Station 3: Sand Volleyball Court

(Station 3 together as a group)

  • 15 Broken Bicylces (In Cadence)
    • Laying flat on ground with legs out straight.  Big Boy Sit-Up while bringing 1 leg up bringing knee to touch arms.  Alternating leg each time.
  • 20 Tempo Merkins
  • 20 Jump Squats
    • Squat to 90 degree and explode up.  Jump as high as possible each time.

Indian Run (2 Groups per team)

 

Station 3: Baseball Field Bleachers

Do All excercises together.  Take turns leading

  • 30 Dips
  • 25 Irkins
  • 25 Derkins

Indian Run (2 Groups per team)

Station 4 (Fishing Pier/Pond).

OYO

  • Bear Crawl down the boardwalk to the pier
  • 25 Wall Sit Grady Corns (in Cadence)
  • 50 Step Ups on wooden benches (no slick – 25/leg)
  • Bear Crawl back to path
  • Hold LOW Plank until all are done.

Indian Run (Groups of 2 per team)

Station 5: Football Field

OYO

40 Yard Dash from cone to cone

20 Burpees

40 Yard Sprint back

30 Big Boys (Ran out of time)

Leg lifts until all are done (Ran out of time)

  • 10 Shakira/J-LO’s (In Cadence)

I brought extra rain just b/c Zimmer wore a bright red Milwaukee tool shirt.  Figured if he likes 2nd class tools; he needed a extra adversity to toughen him up so he can someday upgrade to the best; DEWALT.
