Introduction
I wanted to replicate a Peterbilt special and Q’d up the CPR Mountain that left my arms toast!

The Thang
CPR Mountain – 6 count exercise: Curl, OHP, Reverse Curl and back down. We did EMOM started with 1 and increasing 1 rep up to 9, then went back down to 1. We were able to do this 2 full times going around the circle and each PAX leading the rep count and whatever exercise they wanted to do complete until the minute timer went off. Many psychotic PAX chose additional arm exercises leaving mine feeling like jello even before we were completed.
Circle of Trust
I reflected how the following day was my M and my 16 year wedding anniversary, the upcoming Tuesday was my son’s 8th grade graduation and just a few weeks ago I celebrated 15 years at my company. I am grateful for all of the blessing’s God’s given me. I internally complain about things I don’t have but in reality I have everything that I need.
