The Thang
Was a beanbag competition consisting of eight rounds each round we performed an exercise for four minutes after you reached a number set count you got to throw a beanbag teams kept count of the score round. The losers of the round did Burpee‘s he exercises per round consisted of World War III rows curls, blockies squats, chest press, big boys skull crushers
Circle of Trust
The circle of trust was about how many years time I’ve been able to meet so many people that I normally wouldn’t get the meat. And also letting people know that there is more than one F there is also the second and third F. Let’s get out there and find new ways of meeting each other and getting the F3 name out there
