Introduction
I arrived a couple minutes early after posting at EBC in the early gloom to a beautiful sunrise. The small group of PAX arrived & some small mumble chatter took place before we got to work.

CONSISTENCY is defined as “unchanging in nature, standard, or effect over time”. The key to consistency is simplicity. The more decisions I remove from my daily life the more likely it is I will accelerate. Every day Nick Saban eats 2 little Debbie oatmeal pies & a lettuce/turkey/tomato salad for lunch. Steve jobs wears the same black turtle neck, Barack Obama only wore gray or blue suits. Why?? Not b/c they are boring but b/c they did not waste time on simple things & that consistency in the little stuff aloud them to focus their attention on the big important stuff. How are you consistent?? Do you lay your workout clothes out the night before so when you wake up you are ready to accelerate your fitness?? Do your lock your phone at a certain time each night so you can avoid work/social media & create fellowship with those in your inner concentrica circles?? Do you pray every night before you lay your head on the pillow to grow your faith?? I did all of these things in the 1st quarter of this year & I was accelerating faster than I ever had. I was consistent every day & it created guardrails for me so I could go accelerate as fast as I wanted & I would not go over the cliff. I have fallen out of every one of these habits in Q2 of this year & now I find myself many times driving over the cliff & making bad decisions or wasting brain power on stupid stuff. Consistency is important men, it creates habits & allows you to accelerate while keeping the little stuff simple to focus on the big things. My challenge to you is create some consistency in your life by creating some new habits that are simple. AYE!
