COMMITMENT defined in the F3 Q-Source as “unwavering loyalty to the group & unflinching determination to accomplish its mission”.  Today we lived this virtue by working in groups pushing each other through loyalty to accomplish the mission.  This is probably my most favorite virtue b/c I am a firm believer in honoring your commitments or as I like to say, “do what you say your going to do & say what you are going to do”.  To fully live this virtue, you have to submit yourself to the group & remove your ego.  That is why a mission for any group is vital weather it is F3, your work, your family, etc.  If what you are doing is not helping to pursue & accomplish the mission then it is most likely self-serving.  My challenge to all of you is to think about the most important things in your life.  Do you have a mission for your family??  Are you being loyal to that mission??  What kind of commitment do you have to living out that mission??    AYE!
