Introduction
Great morning this morning. Temp was mid 30’s and much warmer than the last few weeks and the turnout was solid, especially the week after RDG games. Was really looking forward to getting after it this morning.

The Thang
Thang 1 – Indian Run around trail
- We modified and stopped periodically to allow ALL PAX to stay with group. No MAN was left behind.
- Each stop we completed 20 Grady Corns (IC) and 20 Moroccan Night Clubs (IC)
Thang 2 – Cocaine Bears and Knee Bumps in lot
Cocaine Bear:
- Start at east parking lot island facing west. Bear Crawl west to west parking island. Do 2 merkins at each line
Knee Bumps:
- Once at West Island, lunge walk back to east island. Do 2 squats at each line
Rinse and Repeat
Thang 3 – SEVENS
Start with 6 WWIII at west island, run to east island and do 1-Big Boy

I encouraged ALL PAX to stop and reflect on what they were able to accomplish the past six weeks during RDG. At a time when everyone feels they earned the right to take a break, and rest a few days. Fight the urge and feed off of that success. Let the new you sore beyond the old glass ceilings and plow through new ones. Don’t let yourself fall back into that old box you allowed yourself to stay in for far too long.

It was a complete honor to lead these men this morning. The whole crew was amazing and pushed themselves today. Solid effort by all, but a special shout out needs to go to Thesaurus. That man completed his first 1.25 mile Indian Run like a champ. He did all that was asked of him this morning and never gave up. If you see this man ITG, give him a fist bump and help him fuel his determination to get to that next level. Well done brother, well done!
Also, be on the look out for Bob Villa, he when missing this morning. Some say he never got out of his fart sack, but other know that just isnt possible. I am certain it was.
