Introduction
26 was out lucky number as we worked through 10 stations on the pavement weaving our way through upper body and lower body exercises while transporting our coupons in a variety of ways. Barely made to station 4 of round three before circling for Mary

Round 1 with Coupons carried via Rifle or farmers to each station. Exercises alternated between upper body, lower body and ab work.
Round 2 with no coupons, mosey from station to station. Body weight exercises also alternating between upper body, lower body and ab’s.
Rounds 3 with coupons, lead group completed station 4
