The Thang

We moseyed to the basketball courts where I had a ladder beatdown set up.  The PAX lined up with their coupons on the baseline and completed the following exercises in a progressive “Ladder” manner

10 Coupon Squats

9 SSH

8 Chest Press

7 Skull Crushers

6 Overhead Press

5 Derkins

4 Coupon Swings

3 Thrusters

2 Blockees

1 Burpee

Between each round the PAX ran to the opposite baseline and performed 10 Merkins and 10 LBCs before running back to the start for the next round.

Circle of Trust

I used a Thomas Edison Quote to begin my COT:

“Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.”-Thomas A. Edison

In other words, if something is worth having and growing, you have to be willing to put in the work.

There is no substitution for hard work and there is no shortcut for success.

Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.”-Thomas A. Edison

Naked Man Moleskin

I struggled with my cadance today but overall the beatdown went well and the men got after it.
